Hello! I'm Dominic, founder of Strength Based Physio

I'm a passionate physiotherapist with an interest in neurological conditions and sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Currently practicing in Brunswick, Blackburn and Ringwood East; providing both mobile home physio and in-clinic physiotherapy services.

With over 2 decades of experience around the weight rooms, I've developed a knack for helping people with lifting-related injuries troubleshoot their problems. Apart from my work in a Sports and Upper Limb Clinic, I work regularly with youth athletes and I'am fortunate enough to serve as the Physio for Basketball Victoria's Montmorency High Performance Hub. Outside of the sports and performance scene, I also provide workplace injury prevention consulting services to MNCs.

In my leisure time I engage in powerlifting, calisthenics and bouldering. Beyond my physio training, I'm also a qualified personal trainer, strength & conditioning and powerlifting coach.
